My name is Manuel Gómez (Madrid, 1998) and I am a film director. When I was 15 years old, as part of my final project of Spanish, I directed my first short film, Solo Negocios (2014), the revenge story of three thugs against the italian mafia in Madrid. Inspired by Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Scarface and Miami Vice, it follows the 80’s and New Retro Wave aesthetic.

In 2019, while at university, I directed Nocturno. Following the story of Raúl, a youngster who dreams of becoming a superhero, despite having no superpowers but to hide his identity and investigate the suicide of the girl he loves.

In 2025 I direct The Affair of Gon, betrayed by his gang, Gon, a conflictive teenager, must rise through the hierarchy of his high school to commit his master plan of vengeance before his old gang finds him. A dizzying race against the clock that merges videogames and cinema.
